Mr. Taylor is the founder and chief executive officer of Salute 1st LLC and Salute Global. Since 2020, both non-profit organizations have guided people on their career paths and encouraged their studies. Salute Global offers scholarships to students who pass their curriculum and are eligible, and provide powerful experiences that bring opportunity to students who would not receive them otherwise. Mr. Taylor is also the co-owner with his wife, Fantasia Barrino, of Rock Soul Entertainment, which they founded in 2016. While Fantasia is the driving force behind the company’s success, Kendall’s role it has a lot of authority in nature. Rock Soul Entertainment is dedicated to supporting consumer entertainment marketing, recording, distribution and technology needs in music, TV/film and print. The company’s strong partnerships and collaborations, both domestically and internationally, have enabled it to deliver unique entertainment experiences while positively impacting the industry. The gospel music label, which will release an album next year for Kendall’s wife, Fantasia Barrino Taylor, is popular.

Mr. Taylor’s professional journey began in 2007 when he took an entry level role in a logistics company. Through hard work and dedication, he gained 49% ownership within three years, turning the business into a multi-million dollar success. This remarkable story of determination and perseverance has led Mr. Taylor to own several multi-million dollar companies.

His commitment to professional development is also demonstrated by his participation in black belt training with the BMW Performance team, where he was the only junior member.

Mr. Taylor co-authored the faith-based relationship book “No Crowns in the Castle: Building a Strong Relationship and a Meaningful Life” with Fantasia. They also hosted a YouTube segment, “Taylor Talks” that had over a million views.

In recognition of his contributions and achievements, Mr. Taylor was also honored with the MBE Distinction of the Year award in North Carolina in 2012 and an honorary doctorate from Dallas’ Texas Seminary Christian University in 2023 for of his work with Salute 1st LLC. He attributes his success to accepting failure without fear, believing that every setback provided important lessons that pushed him to succeed.

Mr. Taylor aims to impact others across the country through his non-profit training school. He intends to share the training and its new curriculum, to reach and inspire as many men as possible.
